What are the requirements needed for passengers for PRIVATE FLIGHT during this COVID-19 pandemic?
- Travel authority issued by PNP (COVID SHIELD)
- Updated medical certificate (issued at least 3 days before travel)
- Acceptance/Coordination letter issued by destination LGU (Local Government Unit)
- Some LGU requires NEGATIVE SWAB RESULT 72 hours before your travel they will
advise you when securing your acceptance/coordination letter.
- For SIARGAO, CATICLAN and KALIBO passengers they require permission/certification to
land from the Governor’s Office. We can help you to process with this requirement.
What are the requirement for transporting Patients (AIR MEDICAL EVACUTATION) during this COVID-19 pandemic?
- Doctor’s referral from place of origin stating patient’s case and condition.
- Acceptance letter from Hospital where the patient to be transported.
- City/Municipal coordination letter from place of origin (except Cebu).
- If you are transporting patient from Cebu going to nearby Provinces, LGU coordination
letter is required by destination LGU.
What are the requirements for CARGO FLIGHTS?
- If your cargoes are livestock make sure to have transport permit from (BFAR for aquatic
livestock and from Bureau of Animal Industry for other live stocks).
- Other dry goods, Fruits or medical supplies has no requirements anymore.
Are Senior Citizens, Children and Infants allowed to travel?"
- YES
Can we bring our Dogs, Cats, Birds & other house Pets during the flight?"
- YES
